Limited Warranty
This warranty supercedes all previous Process Welding Systems, Inc. warranties. Process Welding Systems, Inc. warrants that all its products will be free from defect in material and workmanship as of the time and place of delivery by Process Welding Systems, Inc.

No warranty is made by Process Welding Systems, Inc. in regard to items manufactured by others regardless of whether delivered with Process Welding Systems, Inc. equipment.

This warranty does not apply to components having a normal useful life of less than one year, due to normal wear or where failure does not result from defect in material or workmanship. Under these or other conditions Process Welding Systems, Inc. will coordinate any required warranty work. In case of a breach of warranty in quality goods, the remedy shall be at Process Welding Systems, Inc.'s
Option: (1): repair and/or upgrade of the failed component or assembly;
Option: (2): replacement or upgrade of the failed component or assembly;
Option: (3): where authorized in writing by Process Welding Systems, Inc., the reasonable cost of repair and replacement at a noted service facility; or
Option: (4): repayment of or credit for the purchase price, less depreciation based on actual use upon return of the goods to Process Welding Systems, Inc. or an authorized representative thereof.

All transactions, including repair, replacement and return will be FOB Process Welding Systems, Inc. LaVergne, TN and no compensation will be made by Process Welding Systems, Inc. for transportation costs.

Upon receipt of notice of apparent defect or failure, Process Welding Systems, Inc. will instruct the claimant on the warranty claim procedure to be followed.

Prices
Subject to change without notice. All items are listed with single unit pricing (price each).

Handling Charge
Orders less than $100.00 are subject to a $2.50 handling charge.

Freight Policy
All shipments are FOB, LaVergne, TN. All Shipments will be made through UPS unless otherwise requested. All additional charges for freight will be charged back to the customer on the invoice covering the shipment.

Cancellation Policy
Standard stock items - in the event Buyer cancels an order for standard stock items after such items are delivered to any carrier at Seller's factory for shipment to Buyer's consignee, Buyer shall pay Seller a cancellation charge equal to 25% of the total order.

Special Order Items - cancellations of special order items are not permitted.

Return Merchandise Policy
Buyers requesting to return merchandise for credit must be pre-approved by a Process Welding Systems, Inc. agent. Contact PWS, Inc. for return instructions.
